The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Sept. 3:
Betsy Ann Bistodeau, 47, of DELANO was sentenced Sept. 6 for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay restitution, pay $75 public defender co-payment, write a letter of apology, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
Gregory Hale Hawkins, 54, of DELANO was sentenced Sept. 6 for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $3,000 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay restitution, pay $75 public defender co-payment, write a letter of apology, stay away from victim’s residence, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
