Arrests and citations

On Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 1 a.m. at County Rd. 19 and County Rd. 24, a 16-year old female from Independence was cited for curfew.

On Saturday, Sept. 1, at 12:36 a.m. on the 4500 block of Highway 55, Anthony Jax Rossiter, 24, of St. Michael was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .20.

On Sunday, Sept. 2, at 11:47 p.m. at Highway 55 and Clydesdale Tr., a 17-year old male, from Plymouth, was arrested for DWI and Underage Drinking with a BAC of .07. He was released to his parents pending issuance of a formal complaint. Passenger, Charles Yegor Pfiffner, 19, of Plymouth was issued a citation for minor consumption of alcohol.


On Saturday, Sept. 1, at 11:33 on the 700 block of Highway 55, numerous cartons of cigarettes were reported stolen.


On Sunday, Aug. 26, at 11:07 p.m. at Holy Name Park, on officer located a vehicle parked after park hours. The occupant stated that she has pulled off into the park to make a phone call.

On Monday, Aug. 27, at 11:26 p.m. on the 100 block of Crestview Lane, Loretto, a vehicle was opened without damage.

On Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 4:25 p.m. on the 4100 block of Chippewa Circle, officers responded to a call of cows in the road. The owner was able to round up and secure them.

On Saturday, Sept. 1, at 8:18 p.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr., there was a report of a male panhandling in the Target parking lot. Officers responded but were unable to locate the individual.

On Sunday, Sept. 2, at 8:59 p.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr., a dumper fire was reported and extinguished by the Hamel Fire Department.
