Expresses concern about voter fraud
To the Editor:
My good friend John Norman, of Buffalo, recently wrote a letter to the editor of an area newspaper. He is once again projecting the Democrat mantra that the sky will fall if (the) Voter ID (constitutional amendment) is approved.
If there is no danger of fraud then why do we spend millions of dollars a year to place judges at the poll? It would be easier and much cheaper to just stack the ballots on a table at the poll and let folk come in at their leisure, select a ballot, mark it and go over and place it in the counting machine.
We should be able to trust our voters to do that. Surely no one would cheat.
