STATE OF MINNESOTA
The School Board of Anoka-Hennepin Independent School District No. 11 held a work session meeting on Monday, August 13, 2012, at the Educational Service Center, Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
Chair Heidemann called the meeting to order at 5:54 p.m.
The following members were present: Marci Anderson, Tom Heidemann, John Hoffman, Jeff Simon and Mike Sullivan.

5. Approval of the Lutheran Church of the Master Lease Renewal.
6. Approval of the Coon Rapids Ice Arena Lease.
7. Approval of the Coon Rapids Portable Lease Renewal.
8. Approval of the agreement with Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health and Well-Being.
9. Approval of Settlement Agreement & Release of All Claims.
Motion passed.
The meeting then moved into the work session portion of the agenda: the Local Literacy Plan and Transportation Guidelines Update.
Chair Tom Heidemann recessed the meeting at 6:35 p.m. The meeting reconvened in closed session at 6:40 p.m. to discuss matters requiring data privacy.
Mike Sullivan moved and Marci Anderson seconded the motion to expel student number one through the end of the second trimester of the 2012-2013 school year, the student being allowed to return under probation on September 4, 2012. Marci Anderson called the roll. The following voted in favor of the motion: Tom Heidemann, John Hoffman, Marci Anderson, Mike Sullivan, and Jeff Simon. There being five votes for and no votes against the motion, the motion passed.
John Hoffman moved and Tom Heidemann seconded the motion to expel student number two through the end of the second trimester of the 2012-2013 school year, the student being allowed to return under probation on September 4, 2012. Marci Anderson called the roll. The following voted in favor of the motion: Tom Heidemann, John Hoffman, Marci Anderson, Mike Sullivan, and Jeff Simon. There being five votes for and no votes against the motion, the motion passed.
