The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Aug. 27:

Kyle Lee Ferrier, 24, of CORCORAN was sentenced Aug. 30 for felony check forgery to a stay of imposition for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Caitlin Anna Fossen, 24, of DELANO was sentenced Aug. 27 for felony controlled substance crime in the third degree to a stay of imposition for up to twenty years on conditions of probation, serve 21 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, complete aftercare and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, remain medically compliant, have no same or similar violations. Joshua Deaun Fowler, 23, of DELANO was sentenced Aug. 30 for gross misdemeanor endangerment of a child to 365 days jail, $1,000 fine; 350 days, $1,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Shawn Edward Glover, 35, of ROCKFORD was sentenced Aug. 27 for felony criminal damage to property in the first degree to 18 months prison, provide DNA sample, pay restitution. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Jennifer Lynn Hall, 29, of ROGERS was sentenced Aug. 22 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 89 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve one day jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete 80 hours community service, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
