Notice is hereby given that the Police Department of the City of Maple Grove will be auctioning surplus, found, unclaimed and seized items in an online auction. The online auction can be found on the internet at www.propertyroom.com . Some of the items that will be auctioned are: bicycles, electronic equipment, computers, jewelry and tools.
The auction manifest may be viewed on the Maple Grove City web site at
http://www.ci.maple-grove.mn.us/ . Select “Departments” from the top menu, select “Police” from the Departments drop-down menu, near the bottom of the page you will find “Online police auction” under the heading “Additional Recourses”.
The items for auction will begin appearing no sooner than August 20th 2012. Items will remain on auction until the date indicated by the auction company. Potential buyers can access the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The City of Maple Grove makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, (of any nature) as to the condition of the items offered. Olson, whose address is 7006 46th Place North, Crystal, MN, 55428 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

ORDINANCE NO. 12-10
DONEGAL
CITY OF MAPLE GROVE
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MAPLE GROVE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING ZONING DISTRICTS THEREIN

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLE GROVE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. The zoning classification of the property described in Section 2, as shown on the zoning map referred to in Section 36-182 of the Maple Grove Ordinance Code, is hereby amended from R-A, Single-Family Agricultural to R-2, PUD, Single-Family Residential.
SECTION 2. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. – Located at Weaver Lake Road and Hemlock Lane. PID#23-119-22-11-0003, 23-119-22-14-0003, 23-119-22-41-0003.
SECTION 3. EFFECT. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as required by law and upon the filing of the final plat of Donegal, and approval of the requested land use plan amendment by the Metropolitan Council.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Maple Grove this 6th day of August, 2012.
