Residents of Osseo and the surrounding area can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or bone fracture. The Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion, 260 Fourth Ave. S.E. in Osseo, will be hosting a Life Line Screening Tuesday, July 3.
The screenings identify potential cardiovascular conditions such as blocked arteries and irregular heart rhythm, abdominal aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs. A bone density screening to assess osteoporosis risk is also offered for both men and women.
Prices start at $1149. All five screenings take 60 to 90 minutes to complete. Pre-registration is required.
