The building expansion will add 20 chemical health beds to Vinland’s existing 41-bed residential facility, located west of Loretto on the north side of Lake Independence. Vinland also will add a new kitchen and dining facility, an expanded therapeutic exercise facility, a new commons area, and meeting space. Larry R. Opelt, of Larry R.
